Grapevine-based Kubota Tractor names new vice president of information technology for U.S.

Kubota Tractor Corporation today announced the appointment of Charlie Kowalski as Vice President of Information Technology for its U.S. operations. In his new role, Kowalski will oversee the company's IT strategy, digital transformation efforts, and technology infrastructure across the country.

Kowalski brings more than two decades of experience in information technology leadership, with a strong background in manufacturing and agricultural sectors. He previously held senior IT roles at several major industrial firms, where he focused on integrating advanced data systems and improving operational efficiency through technology.

The appointment comes as Kubota continues to expand its digital capabilities, including precision agriculture tools and dealer network connectivity. Company officials said Kowalski's expertise will be critical in supporting the growing demand for smart farming solutions and streamlining internal processes.

Kowalski is based at Kubota's U.S. headquarters in Grapevine, Texas. He replaces the previous IT head who left the company earlier this year. The move reflects Kubota's commitment to strengthening its technology leadership as the agricultural equipment market becomes increasingly data-driven.
