EnGenius Technologies has announced the appointment of Rachel Saunders as Vice President of North American sales. Saunders steps into the role with more than 17 years of experience across telecommunications, networking, and technology sales, according to the company.
Her background spans channel development, enterprise account management, and strategic market expansion. In her new position, Saunders will oversee the company's sales operations throughout North America, with a focus on strengthening partner relationships and driving growth in key vertical markets.
EnGenius, known for its wireless networking and cloud managed solutions, has been expanding its presence in the region. The company said Saunders' track record in building high performing sales teams and her deep understanding of the channel ecosystem made her a strong fit for the position.
Saunders has previously held leadership roles at several technology firms, where she managed revenue growth and developed go to market strategies. Her experience includes work with managed service providers, resellers, and enterprise customers.
In a statement, the company noted that her appointment reflects a broader effort to accelerate momentum in North America and support partners with dedicated leadership. Saunders is expected to begin her duties immediately, working closely with the existing sales organization and channel partners.
The move comes as demand for reliable wireless and networking infrastructure continues to rise across industries including hospitality, education, and healthcare.
